We are looking for a reliable member of the BSI team (Battery Specific Infrastructure) for the role of BSI Construction Specialist.

Reporting to the Head of BSI, you will act as the primary interface with suppliers and oversee onsite construction.

How You Will CELLebrate
  1. Schedule Coordination and Management:
    • Efficiently manage schedules by coordinating tasks, deadlines, and resources.
    • Optimize workflow to ensure timely project completion.
    • Use tools like Gantt charts or project management software for visualizing schedules.
  2. Quality Assurance And Compliance Oversight:
    • Monitor quality standards throughout the process.
    • Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with regulations and standards.
    • Implement corrective actions promptly to address deviations.
  3. Supplier Coordination And Relationship Management:
    • Foster strong relationships with suppliers.
    • Communicate regularly to align expectations and address issues.
    • Collaborate on cost-effective solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Need For Our CELLebration
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, industrial, mechanical engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction management.
  • Experience in systems such as HVAC, MEP, automation, fire protection, media supply.
  • Experience in battery, pharmaceutical, semi-conductor clean & dry room project management (preferred).
What Else Can You Bring
  • Ability to adapt and maintain flexibility with multiple projects.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency with design & 3D software (AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, etc.).
  • Knowledge of OneDrive, SharePoint, MS Teams, Concur, SAP (desired).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
