About the Role

As a CBRE Sales Associate, you will assist in developing new businesses with a distinct focus of business development via cold calling, cold emailing, door knocking etc. . The role will involve selling, leasing, and marketing for high-profile industrial real estate properties.

This job is part of the Sales function. They are responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new and existing clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Work under the direct supervision of an experienced sales professional and their team in a training capacity.

  • Represent company and properties at events.

  • Facilitate tours of existing listings and new potential clients.

  • Assist sales professionals in sourcing and identifying potential clients.

  • Research connections to turn cold calls into warm calls for potential sales opportunities.

  • Draft correspondence to existing and prospective clients. Gather, prepare, and distribute marketing materials.

  • Retrieve materials for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.

  • Review and confirm the information on tenants, market availability, and leases in company databases are accurate. In addition to creating new databases for business development pursuits.

  • Compile property data for clients. This includes tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments.

  • Provide clients with materials necessary for transactions. This includes listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.

  • Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.

  • Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.

  • Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of job-related experience. A Real Estate Salesperson license is required, however, new grads working towards their license will be considered.

  • A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.

  • Ability to evaluate and communicates unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

  • An inquisitive mindset and tenacity when facing hardships or difficult decisions.
