Chop is seeking talented leaders to join our Leadership Team across Canada and the USA. You will be trained, mentored and developed, supporting your career goals along the way, and participating in leadership development seminars and cross-location openings.

Our restaurants lead in team development, offering hands-on leadership opportunities with senior leaders to drive guest experiences and culinary excellence across locations in Canada and the USA.

Qualifications

  • Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar with strong culinary production skills.
  • Desire to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best.

Responsibilities

  • Produce all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications of the company
  • Actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members while helping to manage budgetary goals
  • Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift
  • Assist in ensuring the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs daily
