Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Bridges and Structures Manager to lead the practice across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and northern territories. You will recruit, develop, and mentor project managers, while ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to budgets and schedules.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BCOL and other leaders, advancing IPM/PURS tools, and growing the region's project portfolio with a focus on safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with P.Eng. license.
• Minimum 15 years related work experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching skills with client relationship focus.
• Ability to lead across multiple offices and geographies.
• Experience with project controls, PM processes, and dashboard tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead developing, managing and expanding Bridges and Structures operations and practice.
• Recruit, develop and assign qualified staff to projects across Manitoba and regions.
• Train and mentor staff in line with strategic direction.
• Oversee workload, budget and utilization targets for the team.
• Drive client relationship management and business development for the region.
