Dillon Consulting Limited is seeking a Structural Engineer (Bridges) for its Transportation Structures Discipline in Ontario. You will lead bridge design and analysis and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects with a superior client experience.

Applicants should have a civil engineering degree, PE licensure or eligibility within six months, and 7–10 years of related experience. Flexible hours and hybrid options balance work and life with career growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering; a graduate-level degree is an asset.
• Licensed to practice as a professional engineer or eligible within six months.
• 7–10 years of relevant work experience in structural design.

Responsibilities

• Provide design leadership and technical expertise on bridges, culverts and other transportation structures.
• Coordinate design team activities to maintain project schedules and ensure successful completion.
• Engage with sub-consultants and clients to deliver multidisciplinary projects.
• Lead business development, participate in proposals and new opportunities, travel as needed.
