Job description

EMCON SERVICES INC., a progressive Road & Bridge Maintenance Contractor in BC, Alberta, and Ontario, is looking for seasonal labourer workers in:

Sherwood Park, AB

This position would perform bridge-related duties, which include installation, repair, and maintenance of wooden, steel, and concrete structures, deck resurfacing, and operating road and bridge maintenance equipment. These are seasonal union (AUPE) positions.

Qualifications include:

1. Valid AB Driver’s Class 5
2. Proficiency in an array of specialised power tools, machines, and hand tools
3. Physically apt to perform job duties
4. Ability to work out of town (occasionally)
5. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
