Responsibilities

• Providing high levels of brides’ satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Working closely with our brides and creating an exceptional personalized shopping experience
• Guiding brides through the dress ordering process from start to finish
• Answering phone and email inquiries
• Making pre-calls for upcoming appointments
• Following up with brides after their appointment
• Welcoming customers to the store and answering their questions
• Achieving monthly sales goals
• “Going the extra mile” to drive sales
• Processing POS (point of sale) purchases
• Cross‑selling products
• Recommending ways to improve sales (e.g. suggesting new styles and designers, planning marketing activities)
• Steaming dresses and veils
• Handling inventory and stock
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment by vacuuming the floor, and performing basic cleaning tasks.

Compensation

Bi‑weekly salary + sales commission. Wage is negotiable depending on experience.

Must Be Available on Weekends
