Breka Bakery Cafe is seeking a Cake Decorator/Baker for full-time hours. The role involves slicing and decorating cakes, loading the pastry display, and finishing baked goods with glaze and piping. You will keep a clean workstation and handle prep tasks, with weekend and holiday shifts expected.

Candidates should have 1+ year in a cafe or bakery setting; strong customer service, reliability, and teamwork are essential to succeed in our fast-paced environment.

Job Description

ABOUT US

WHAT A DAY WOULD LOOK LIKE:

• Slicing and decorating various cakes.
• Filling up the pastry showcase.
• Finishing various baked items such as glazing, piping etc..
• Maintaining a clean and organized working station.
• Prep and organize item products.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Must be able to work morning and evening shift 6am-12am
• Committed to delivering high-quality service and products
• Energetic and diligent in performing tasks
• Team player with good collaboration skills
• Punctuality and flexibility in work hours and shift coverage
• Reliable attendance for all scheduled shifts
• Availability for weekend shifts
• Minimum 4 shifts required per week for Full-Time
• Minimum 3 shifts required per week for Part-Time
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

REQUIREMENTS

• Hardworking & energetic
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual & able to work flexible shifts or cover when needed
• Friendly & customer service oriented
• Able to work well as a part of a team
• Self-motivated and can work well unsupervised
• Have 1+ years of experience in a cafe or bakery setting. This one isn't a requirement but definitely a bonus!
