Job summary

Burger King FMI Group is hiring crew members in Halifax for part-time and full-time roles. Breakfast shifts run 6:00am-11:00am for Part Time and 6:00am-2:00pm for Full Time.

You’ll perform a variety of fast‑food duties, including kitchen and front‑of‑house tasks, while the Franchisee handles employment decisions and scheduling. Includes health and dental benefits after probation, advancement opportunities, a bursary program, and employee discounts.

• Greets all customers with a smile and friendly greeting and follows all customer service policies and procedures.
• Assists with a variety of kitchen-related functions as needed.
• Receive, inventory, move and lift food and beverage products and supplies.
• Serving customers at the front counter and drive through, operating the cash register to enter orders.
• Greets guests with a smile and prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant including dining room, restroom and exterior.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.

The position includes:

Performing a variety of duties within a fast-food establishment which may include cleaning the food or stock areas, operating fryers & microwaves, operating food preparation production line, and assisting in the kitchen area; performing all other responsibilities as directed by management.
