About Us
Wentworth Hospitality Group (Amacon’s hospitality division) is looking for eager and engaged individuals who are passionate about next level guest experience! Our Hospitality division includes three restaurants and a boutique hotel.

Tableau Bar Bistro is located in Vancouver and serves today's take on traditional French bistro fare in a setting that combines old world classic elements with modern touches. The French-inspired menu blends classic culinary flavours of Paris with the use of fresh west coast ingredients. Position Summary

Our team delivers friendly and efficient food and beverage service, in line with our next level guest experience standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Providing fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, restaurant staff and culinary production team.
  2. Greeting and welcoming each guest seated in their assigned station.
  3. Being very familiar with all food and beverage items on the menu.
  4. Selling on a consistent basis, while continuing to create new opportunities and strategies for increasing the cheque average.
  5. Performing the opening and closing procedures i.e., the set up and break down of stations, clearing and re-setting up of tables, etc.
  6. Maintaining and ensuring the overall cleanliness of assigned station(s) and establishment.
  7. Performing accurate cash & credit handling as well as POS procedures.
  8. Protecting the restaurant and guests by complying with sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Skills & Qualifications
  1. Education: Valid BC Foodsafe Certification & BC Serving it Right Certification.
  2. Experience: prior experience in a food-serving establishment.
  3. Self-motivated, organized, and ability to multi-task effectively.
  4. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, days, nights, and weekends.
  5. Must be punctual and reliable.
  6. Ability to work varied hours.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills with guests and employees.
  8. Customer service focus and quality orientated.
  9. Adaptable and flexible.
  10. High energy level.
Additional Information

Restaurant is located in a hotel.
Hours: 6:30 am to 2:30 pm.
Ability for progression and growth within the company.
