Job summary

Canalta Group in Canada is seeking a friendly breakfast host to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will greet guests, help them start their day with a warm welcome, and maintain a tidy breakfast area.

You’ll join a team that values hospitality, flexibility for early mornings, weekends and holidays, and a positive, engaging personality. Previous customer service is a plus; training provided; benefits include employee discounts and team events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Next Level Guest Service through our breakfast host program.
• Represent Canalta's values in person, on the phone, and online.
• Welcome guests and guide them to the breakfast area, creating a homey atmosphere.
• Keep breakfast area clean, stocked and inviting.
• Serve breakfast items with flair and contribute to shareable moments.
• Maintain a tidy lobby and reception area; follow safety guidelines.

What you'll do:

• Next Level Guest Service: Successfully complete an exceptional training program designed for top notch breakfast hosts

• Brand Ambassador: Represent our values and culture in person, on the telephone and online. Share your passion for Canalta hotels.

• Host with the Most: Welcome guests with a smile, guide them to their breakfast experience and make them feel at home. Connect and engage by sharing local tips, engage in fun conversations and get to know our guests. Your enthusiasm will set the tone for the day

• Breakfast Ambassador: Ensure our breakfast area is well-stocked, clean and cozy. You'll be responsible for curating a fresh and inviting atmosphere that encourages guests to relax and enjoy

• Coffee Connoisseur: Serve up delicious coffee and breakfast items with that extra bit of flair. Create Instagram =-worthy moments that guests will want to share

• Bring your A-game to maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the lobby and reception area to create an inviting environment for guests

• Embrace our hotel's guidelines and safety measures – they're here to ensure our team members and our guest experience is both amazing and safe
