RED Mountain Resort is on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic Brand & Web Manager to lead the creative direction of the resort and its ancillary brands on all things design, web, and digital marketing. This is more than a design role—it’s a position that leads and shapes RED’s visual identity and digital presence. You'll drive brand consistency, guide cross-medium campaigns, and influence the long-term creative strategy in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Director (SMD).
As the head of RED’s brand and digital creative, you’ll lead initiatives across design, web, and digital marketing platforms while managing a Graphic Designer and collaborating with the Sales and Marketing Manager (SMM). You’ll play a key leadership role in aligning the creative execution with RED’s business and sales goals, empowering your team, and refining brand direction through insight, analytics, and innovation.
