About the Role:

We at Top Hat are hiring on behalf of our client, a dynamic company operating across multiple industries. We’re looking for a talented Brand Strategy & Public Relations Lead to work closely with the company's leaders to help build and elevate their personal brands and social media presence.

This is a unique role where you’ll blend brand management expertise with PR skills to create and implement powerful strategies that drive visibility, reputation, and engagement. You’ll have the opportunity to craft thought leadership, oversee media relationships, and ensure their brand presence is consistently strong and aligned with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand and PR strategies for the company and its leadership team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Create and manage compelling content for thought leadership, including articles, social media posts, interviews, and speaking engagements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media and publication contacts to secure positive coverage and enhance brand reputation.
  • Act as a brand steward, ensuring consistent messaging and tone across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Provide strategic guidance and media training to leaders to strengthen their public presence.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics, media coverage, and audience engagement to continually optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align brand and PR efforts with marketing campaigns, product launches, and corporate initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to keep our brand and leaders ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-4 years of experience in brand management, PR, and communications.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute cohesive brand and PR strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for crafting engaging and authentic narratives.
  • Experience managing relationships with media and external partners.
  • Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture vision with hands-on execution.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working directly with senior leaders or C-level executives is a plus.
