As a Brand Sales Specialist, you will provide retailers with strong sales support to elevate their business and align with the Specialized Brand. You will also develop a deep understanding of our entire business by coordinating with other teams, setting you up for a successful, long-term career with us.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Drive consultative selling to build long-term relationships with retailer partners
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls with independent bike retailers to secure renewals and cross-sell new products
• Assist retailers with inventory analysis and provide solutions to improve their business
• Follow up, close, and track all sales activities
• Provide excellent customer service and product expertise to drive sales through retailer channels
• Assess competitors and market trends to adjust business plans accordingly
• Develop seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans based on category, account, brand, and market knowledge
• Collaborate with field representatives, sales leaders, marketing, and product management on programs, campaigns, and offerings
