Creative Project Management
• Oversee all incoming brand design and copy requests, from intake to delivery
• Manage timelines, scope, and approvals — ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities
• Own the feedback loop: consolidate feedback, streamline revisions, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Assess incoming requests by evaluating scope, complexity, and strategic impact, then prioritize and assign them based on team capacity and skillsets to ensure efficient and effective execution.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, product, legal, and localization teams to ensure creative is accurate, approved, and on-brand
• Align creative projects with broader company initiatives and deadlines
Resource & Traffic Management
• Allocate internal resources and identify when to bring in freelancers or external vendors
• Balance workloads across the team to avoid bottlenecks
External Partner Management
• Be the main point of contact for external vendors (agencies, illustrators, etc.)
• Negotiate timelines, deliverables, and contracts where needed
Budget & Process Oversight
• Track budgets, flag overages, and ensure production costs align with scope
• Continuously optimize internal workflows, ticketing systems, and project documentation (Notion experience a plus)
Project Reporting & Communication
• Share regular updates on project status, roadblocks, and resourcing needs with Brand and Marketing leadership
• 4+ years of experience in a Project Manager, Brand Producer, or Creative Operations role, ideally in an in-house brand team, marketing department, or creative agency
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communicator who can translate business needs into creative briefs, timelines, and deliverables
• Expert in project management platforms
• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a high-velocity environment
• Passionate about branding and how great creative work drives business impact
• Collaborative by nature, confident working with cross-functional teams
• Bonus: Experience working with freelancers, or motion/production partners
