This role involves interfacing with brand owners, supporting customer development, and managing relationships within the NA region and globally. Responsibilities include contract negotiations, developing partnerships, and collaborating internally to execute strategies. Success depends on industry knowledge, relationship-building skills, and ability to articulate our value proposition.

A Day In The Life:

• Engage with end customers (Brand Owners, Retailers, OEMs) using Marketing Excellence practices.
• Manage relationships to promote Circular & Low Carbon Product Solutions.
• Grow demand and manage the business funnel for C&LC products.
• Develop marketing content and communicate our solutions externally and internally.
• Support business case development and collaborate on product opportunities.
• Assist in developing pricing strategies and sales contracts.

Area of Expertise, Requirements:

• Business Development & Industrial Marketing
• Knowledge of Polymers Industry, Markets & Value Chain
• Key Account Management & Project Management Skills

Value You Bring:

Education & Work Experience:

• 4-year University degree (Bachelor’s), technical preferred; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in FMCG marketing, sales, or finance; additional 2+ years in related fields.
• Strong knowledge of market segments, products, and applications.
• Proven success in decision-making and project management.
