Title: Brand Marketing Manager - Grills

Reports to: Director of Brand Marketing

Contract Type: Hybrid, 18 months

Job Purpose: The Grills Brand Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies, commercialization plans, and programs to drive brand awareness, brand equity, market share, consumer conversion, and sales growth across various channels in North America. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, align, and implement marketing plans, remaining flexible to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, including advertising, collateral, channel programs, promotions, price books, website content, point of sale materials, and merchandising solutions. Collaborate with creative partners and internal teams to develop campaign assets.
  • Participate in Stage Gate meetings for the grills business, review R&D and product pipeline projects, and provide input on commercial plans and launch timelines. Develop commercialization plans for new products, coordinating photography, packaging, and asset development.
  • Lead annual planning for the grills category, collaborating across functions to develop the plan and budget aligned with business objectives. Work with digital marketing to develop integrated communication programs and communicate plans to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure top-quality creative and program execution.
  • Represent the voice of North American grill consumers, recommending research initiatives to better understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Manage the Grills Brand Marketing budget and provide quarterly financial updates.
  • Act as a brand guardian internally and externally, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • Collaborate with international marketing colleagues to share best practices.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or Commerce; MBA is an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods or Hard Goods.
  • Sales experience and experience managing a team are assets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
