Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and creative Brand and Content Marketing Manager who loves brand building, social media, and content creation. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about modern marketing techniques and has a brand-centric experience and approach. You will work closely with our marketing team, product team, content creators, ambassadors, public relations agency, and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive brand and content marketing strategies.
  2. Ensure the brand's messaging and positioning in the market are consistent across all platforms.
  3. Maintain the brand identity, such as logo, design, voice, and tone to create a cohesive and impactful customer experience.
  4. Collaborate with creators and ambassadors to produce engaging content.
  5. Coordinate with events and community PR teams to enhance brand visibility.
  6. Work alongside the Digital Platforms Manager to optimize cross-channel marketing campaigns & content.
  7. Manage social media channels and create compelling content that resonates with our audience.
  8. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine marketing strategies.
  9. Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate innovative marketing techniques.
  10. Foster a fun and passionate marketing culture within the team.

Key Deliverables:

  1. Grow our social media following.
  2. Influence editorial articles and secure media coverage in top-tier publications.
  3. Manage and grow our blog by increasing traffic and engagement.
  4. Plan and execute product and marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
  5. Increase brand engagement through high-quality content that aligns with brand values.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with creators, ambassadors, and community partners.
  7. Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in brand and content marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  3. Experience in brand building and marketing is essential.
  4. Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  6. Creative mindset with a passion for modern marketing techniques.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
