About This Role :

As a key member of Anker’s Canadian brand team, you will lead the development and execution of brand strategy tailored to the local market. You’ll be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving consumer engagement, and supporting business growth through integrated marketing initiatives. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with global HQ and regional teams to create seamless and impactful brand experiences across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Annual Planning & Budget Management

  • Build and manage the local brand marketing calendar and budget based on business goals.
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).

2. Integrated Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, retail, events, sponsorships, and email channels.
  • Ensure alignment with brand strategy and local market needs.

3. Brand Communication & Local Resonance

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging while adapting content to resonate with Canadian consumers.
  • Help amplify brand presence through locally relevant storytelling.

4. Cross-Functional & External Collaboration

  • Work closely with content, e-commerce, creative, customer service, and external agencies.
  • Coordinate effectively between local team and global HQ to ensure timely execution.

5. Market Insight & Opportunity Identification

  • Monitor consumer behavior, emerging trends, and competitors to inform strategy.
  • Identify brand growth opportunities in the Canadian landscape.

6. Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track KPIs such as CAC, conversion rate, and CLV to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Provide actionable insights for continuous marketing optimization.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in brand management or integrated marketing.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, retail, or FMCG is preferred.
  • Experience working in the Canadian market is strongly desired.
  • Strong understanding of Canadian digital and retail channels.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing omnichannel campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Strategic thinking with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and cultures.
  • Brand intuition and user-centric mindset.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
  • Proficiency in French language is a plus.

The salary range for this position is between CAD $70,000 to CAD $95,000.
