Job summary

Trinity Western University is seeking a skilled Visual Designer to create brand-consistent design across print and digital channels. You will translate creative direction into polished outputs supporting enrolment, advancement, communications, events, and institutional priorities.

You will collaborate with the Creative Lead and Marketing Services to produce assets, maintain brand standards, and contribute to design systems, templates, and production-ready assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, communications, fine arts, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional graphic or visual design experience preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design craft, brand consistency, and production ability.
• Experience in post-secondary, non-profit, agency, or in-house marketing environments is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality design work for integrated marketing and communications projects across digital and print channels.
• Translate briefs into design solutions reflecting goals and audience needs while expressing TWU's brand.
• Develop assets for campaigns, publications, presentations, signage, event collateral, web graphics, emails, and social media.
• Collaborate with writers, marketers, and campus partners to ensure timely delivery.
