Riverside Natural Foods Ltd. in Canada is seeking a Finance Analyst to partner with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to drive budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial insights.

You’ll build models, track spend, and support business cases for growth initiatives, price-pack architecture and brand investments that fuel expansion. You will lead monthly close for the marketing budget, deliver timely reports, and collaborate across functions to improve forecast accuracy while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or accounting preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience identifying trends and insights and leveraging them to influence decision making.
• Ability to collaborate across teams to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Become an analytical thought partner with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for agile decision-making.
• Support the innovation process through financial modeling, scenario analysis, business case development, and post-launch performance tracking for new product launches.
• Lead the monthly close, reporting and forecasting for the company’s marketing budget, helping to analyze spend trends and efficiency opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve planning accuracy and visibility into brand performance and investment effectiveness.
• Strengthen financial controls, improve reporting processes, and drive continuous improvement across Brand Finance activities.
