  • Revenue & Business Growth: Develop and oversee annual budgets and reporting; drive strategies to increase hotel room bookings, event space rentals, and restaurant and programming traffic; collaborate with sales and operations to maximize ROI from campaigns and partnerships; monitor KPIs and analytics to optimize campaigns and ensure measurable results.
  • Partnerships & Community Engagement: Build relationships with media, influencers, and community partners to elevate property visibility; oversee experiential activations, PR campaigns, and strategic partnerships that amplify the brand.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing and brand leadership experience (hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead creative, digital, and content teams with a balance of vision and execution.
  • Strong business acumen with experience driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of digital and social media marketing, brand partnerships, and PR.
  • A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
