A leading company seeks a Brand Data Analyst I to oversee measurement setups for brand marketing campaigns. The role involves collaboration with various internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely and accurate measurement processes. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, a proven background in digital marketing, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Summary : As a Brand Data Analyst I, you will be responsible for setting up measurement for large-scale brand marketing campaigns for client brands. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that measurement is set up correctly, on time, and in alignment with the measurement strategy. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, media, and data science, as well as external partners, including media agencies and marketing platforms. This role requires unparalleled attention to detail and strong analytical and communication skills, with a good understanding of the digital and non-digital marketing landscape.
Education / Experience : Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data science, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing operations, with a strong focus on brand lift measurement and / or data analysis.
Skills and Competencies : The ideal candidate will have unparalleled attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You should be proficient with marketing platforms such as Meta, DV360, Google Ads, TTD, etc. The ability to communicate clearly with various technical and non-technical stakeholders is an essential element of success in this role. Measurement setup for brand campaigns is a time-sensitive process; hence, a candidate is required to work well under time pressure and manage time effectively.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities : Collaborate with the marketing and DS teams to execute measurement setup for Brand campaigns. Collect the inputs for Brand Lift Studies (e.g., KPIs, survey questions, experiment design, etc.), aggregate them into the measurement requirements documents, and work with vendors to implement the tests. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inputs through data quality checks, validation processes, and troubleshooting any issues that arise in the setup process. Liaise with media agencies and marketing platform representatives to coordinate the implementation of Brand Lift Studies, provide guidance on study requirements, and troubleshoot any challenges. Retrieve the measurement results from the partners and onboard them to the client internal data platform to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely visibility into brand lift results, key metrics, and KPIs.
