About the Role

As part of the Global Publishing Team, you will collaborate with studio leads and regional/global teams to execute brand plans across multiple platforms (PC, Consoles, Mobile) in various markets.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Articulate brand messaging strategies with studio and communications leads, identifying audience growth opportunities and translating strategies into activations with Marketing and Community teams.
  2. Research: Serve as the main contact for brand and user research, analyzing trends, competitors, and audience demands to inform brand strategies.
  3. Develop and maintain the global brand toolkit in collaboration with studios and agencies, ensuring timely delivery of assets and guidelines across regions.
  4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness and sentiment globally.
  5. Expand the brand's online presence through merchandise and co-marketing initiatives, working with internal and external partners.
  6. Plan and organize global marketing events such as trade shows, media activities, and social campaigns to boost game visibility and sales.
  7. Support campaign planning by integrating brand strategies and calendars.
  8. Assist community teams with content planning to maintain consistent brand voice.
  9. Act as the primary global contact for key regional partners.
  10. Monitor and report on brand health and competitive performance.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in brand and marketing management within the console or PC gaming industry, covering full game lifecycle deployment.
  • Experience in global channel deployment and brand positioning.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
  • Creative with a proven ability to develop engaging game content.
  • Fluent in English, able to operate primarily in English.

Additional Requirements

International travel is required.

The annual base salary ranges from $99,600 to $182,260, depending on location, experience, and skills. Compensation may include sign-on bonuses, relocation packages, stock units, and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, and holidays. Benefits are adjusted based on location, employment status, and position level.
