  • Serve as a liaison between various sub-service line leaders, stakeholders, and marketing teams to provide robust go-to-market marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other service line, industry, and alliance groups across the firm to identify business needs and areas for investment.
  • Manage go-to-market activities and prioritize initiatives that support the national marketing objectives.
  • Identify demand, trends, and opportunities through insightful analysis of the market and sub-service line areas, and continuously seek new opportunities for improvement.
  • Curate knowledge, leveraging the full suite of EY’s services and solutions to deliver relevant insights and best practices, and to enable client conversations.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members.
What We Look For
  • Prior experience with developing and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Experience planning and executing executive-level events, roundtables, webinars, and sponsorships that support relationship-building and brand positioning.
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to shape high-impact thought leadership, client stories, social content, and sales collateral that resonate with executive audiences.
  • Ability to work alongside and effectively communicate with senior executives, being seen as a credible trusted advisor.
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and uphold the firm’s reputation for quality, integrity, and insight.
  • Comfort managing multiple high-priority projects and navigating ambiguity in a deadline-driven and matrixed environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience overseeing staff.
  • Process-driven, always seeking ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to work independently and with the team, using strong influencing skills to achieve results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience.
  • Proven experience in program, project, and campaign management and execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work comfortably with senior leaders.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing trends, execution, and measurement.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
  • Confident operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and complex projects simultaneously.
  • This position is available to candidates in various EY offices across Canada. Proficiency in English is required due to the national scope of the role.
Ideally, you’ll also have
