The opportunity

As the Assistant Director for Marketing at EY-Parthenon, you will serve as the national marketing leader. You will be responsible for providing strategic insights, project management, best practices, and market trend analysis to the EY-Parthenon team and stakeholders. Your role will involve strategy planning, executing tailored marketing initiatives, stakeholder management, and ensuring EY's competitive edge in this area while working closely with practice leaders to develop go-to-market marketing solutions.

Your key responsibilities :
  1. Develop and lead the strategic marketing plan for EY-Parthenon.
  2. Collaborate with practice leaders to facilitate growth and ensure delivery of marketing initiatives aligned with standards.
  3. Serve as a liaison between sub-service line leaders, stakeholders, and marketing teams to implement go-to-market strategies.
  4. Partner with other service lines, industry groups, and alliances to identify business needs and investment opportunities.
  5. Manage go-to-market activities and prioritize initiatives supporting national marketing goals.
  6. Analyze market trends to identify demand and opportunities, seeking continuous improvement.
  7. Leverage EY’s services and solutions to deliver relevant insights, best practices, and enable client conversations.
  8. Mentor and coach junior team members.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related; graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant experience, with proven program and campaign management skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing trends, measurement, and strategic thinking.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • This role is open to candidates across Canada; fluency in English is required.
Ideally you'll also have
  • Experience in professional services or strategy consulting.
  • Experience marketing to C-suite or Board members.
  • Understanding of transactions and management consulting.
  • B2B marketing experience and knowledge of AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
