- Lead 360° marketing campaigns for iQiyi’s original Indonesian series, from launch strategy to execution, across digital, social, PR, influencers, offline activations, and more.
- Own the Indonesia brand marketing strategy, strengthening iQiyi’s brand equity and positioning in the minds of local consumers.
- Design and execute integrated brand and content campaigns that balance long-term brand building with short-term performance goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, PR, regional marketing, product) and external agencies and brand partners to bring campaigns to life.
- Drive strategic partnerships that amplify both content releases and brand reach (e.g., telcos, media partners, lifestyle brands).
- Leverage data and insights to optimize campaigns, measure effectiveness, and ensure alignment with business KPIs.
- Manage local marketing budget and timeline to ensure efficient delivery of high-impact campaigns.
- Keep a close eye on industry trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to continuously evolve our marketing playbook.
Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the entertainment or content industry (TV, film, music, streaming, or digital media).
- Demonstrated success in both brand building and content marketing, especially with local audiences.
- Experience working on OTT platforms or original series launches is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of the Indonesian media landscape, audience behavior, and pop culture.
- Strong digital marketing and analytics skills, with hands-on experience managing campaigns across paid media, social, influencer, and CRM.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
