Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and engagingBrand Ambassadorto represent New Chapter at health food stores across the region. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about natural health, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-store demos and sampling events to promote New Chapter products.
  • Educate customers and store staff on the benefits, ingredients, and unique qualities of New Chapter supplements.
  • Drive product sales through engaging storytelling, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
  • Set up and maintain an attractive and clean demo station.
  • Track and report on customer interactions, feedback, and sales performance.
  • Represent New Chapter with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.


Qualifications:

  • Passion for natural health, wellness, and nutrition.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or brand ambassadorship (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
