Base pay range

CA$23.00/hr - CA$29.00/hr

The Brand Ambassador will acquire, cultivate and maintain relationships with our clients through deep product knowledge, personal engagement and luxury service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enhance the client experience
  • Greet and welcome clients throughout all areas of the store
  • Connect with clients in a genuine and meaningful way
  • Provide clients advice and knowledge that they may not have realized they needed
  • Make every client interaction a personal and seamless experience
  • Exhibit behaviors that support client satisfaction goals (KPI)

Boost sales through omni-channel and out-of-home base selling

  • Educate self and client on merchandise, events, promotions, policy and services
  • Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge
  • Recommend merchandise based on expert product knowledge and client preferences
  • Graciously handle returns and offer options based on client's needs
  • Utilize selling tools and store technology to sell effectively across all channels
  • Promote benefits of the AYS program
  • Achieve personal sales and boutique KPI goals

Cultivate and grow client base

  • Build client relationships through personalized connections
  • Acquire and retain clients, increasing spend and loyalty
  • Utilize digital tools to connect with clients and follow up

Champion operational excellence

  • Assist in operational tasks: maintain the selling floor, stock, visual merchandising, and safety protocols
  • Follow company policies and complete daily checklists

Contribute to team success

  • Partner with team members to enhance client experience
  • Create a positive work environment through teamwork

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in luxury retail; beauty experience a plus
  • Proven ability to foster positive customer experiences and build loyalty
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong industry awareness and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for the Beauty and Fragrance Industry
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
