Job Title: Brand Ambassador (2 Positions) – YMCA FEWP Mall Activation Program

Pay Rate: $25/hour
Location: Pacific Mall, Bramalea City Centre and Scarborough Town Centre (GTA)
Duration: April 25th – May 11th 2025

About the Role:

We are looking for outgoing and engaging Brand Ambassadors to bring the YMCA FEWP Program to life through direct consumer engagement in local malls. This role involves educating families about the program, encouraging sign-ups, and maintaining a vibrant brand presence at the activation site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with mall-goers in a friendly and informative manner.
• Educate consumers on the YMCA Family and Early Years Wellness Program.
• Facilitate sign-ups via iPad registration.
• Maintain an energetic and professional presence that reflects YMCA values.
• Support setup and strike of event materials before and after mall hours.
• Participate in remote training (up to 1 hour) prior to the event launch.
• Submit weekly event recaps and track consumer engagement metrics.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, promotions, or brand ambassador roles preferred.
• Approachable, confident, and articulate communicator.
• Comfortable using technology (iPads) for consumer registration.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

General Program Requirements (All Roles):

• Training: Mandatory remote training session on YMCA FEWP Program (up to 1 hour).
• Reporting: Weekly submission of event recaps, distribution numbers, and registration data.
• Execution: Active participation in event setup, teardown, and all activation duties.
