Sundays is seeking a high-energy, approachable Sales Associate for our Vancouver showroom at 1515 W 6th Ave. The role offers part-time or full-time hours with weekend availability.

You will greet customers, provide excellent service, and help drive store targets while staying informed about collections and promotions to enhance the Sundays brand in Vancouver.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
• Strong interest in design and furniture.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Sundays was founded in Vancouver in 2019 by four friends with deep roots in furniture and retail. We design West Coast modern pieces: warm, functional, built to last. We sell direct to customers across the US and Canada, online and through showrooms in New York, Pasadena, Vancouver, Toronto, and Calgary. Our sister brand Hetta takes a more refined, traditional approach, while upholding the same commitment to quality.

We're looking for a high-energy, approachable Part-time or Full-time Sales Associates to provide sales support and represent the brand at our Vancouver Showroom located at 1515 W 6th Ave, Vancouver. The successful candidate must be available on weekends.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating a welcoming environment by greeting all customers as they walk through the doors
• Providing excellent customer service by ensuring the customer takes priority and answering any questions they have
• Maximizing sales opportunities to achieve store targets
• Engage with the local community and help establish Sunday's brand presence in Vancouver
• Maintaining consistent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards at all times
• Ensuring adherence to operating and security procedures at all times
• Keeping knowledge up-to-date of all collections, product information, promotions, and rewards programs at all times
• Executing opening and closing procedures
