Job summary

Brand Momentum is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors for a mall activation at CF Market Mall in Calgary. You will engage shoppers, promote products, and assist with sales to deliver exceptional customer experience.

This contract role runs during a defined activation period with two daily shifts; prior sales and promotional experience is preferred and training is provided.

• Support event setup, teardown, and organization of displays and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming activation area.
• Follow all event, safety, brand, mall, and client guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with the Team Lead and fellow Brand Ambassadors.

Brand Ambassador – Mall Activation

We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and sales-driven Brand Ambassadors to support an exciting MGAE mall activation at CF Market Mall in Calgary. Brand Ambassadors will engage with shoppers, promote products, assist with sales, and help deliver an excellent customer experience.

Job Type: Contract
Location: CF Market Mall, Calgary, Alberta
Event Dates: Monday, November 16 – Monday, November 30, 2026

Shift Availability:

We are looking for candidates with open availability throughout the activation period. There will be two shift options each day: Opening or Closing.

Monday–Friday: Opening 9:30 AM–4:00 PM | Closing 3:30 PM–10:00 PM
Saturday: Opening 9:30 AM–3:00 PM | Closing 2:30 PM–9:00 PM
Sunday: Opening 9:30 AM–3:00 PM | Closing 2:30 PM–7:00 PM
Black Friday – Friday, November 27: Opening 7:30 AM–2:45 PM | Closing 2:45 PM–10:00 PM

Shift times include preparation, inventory restocking, and teardown. Times may vary based on final event requirements.

Mandatory Virtual Training: Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 1:00 PM MT (3:00 PM ET).

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with shoppers and promote MGAE brands in an energetic, friendly, and approachable manner.

Requirements:

• Previous sales, retail, or customer-facing experience required.


• Experience operating a POS system is strongly preferred.


• Energetic, outgoing, and confident approaching and interacting with shoppers.


• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.


• Comfortable promoting products and helping drive sales.


• Previous promotional or experiential marketing experience is preferred.


• Reliable, professional, punctual, and dependable.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and mall environment.


• Comfortable assisting with setup, teardown, and inventory restocking.


• Able to stand for extended periods and assist with moving products and supplies.


• Must be available for the required training and scheduled activation shifts.


• Able to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout extended shifts.
