Match Retail presents an exhilarating Nespresso extravaganza, and we're on the lookout for a dynamic squad of Brand Ambassadors to play pivotal roles, ranging from customer engagement to delivering an unparalleled coffee experience.

Event: Canada’s 100 Best Reveal EventDate: May 5th, 2025Time: 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM (Arrival at 5:30 PM for setup)Location: The Quay, 100 Queens Quay E, Toronto, ON M5E 1V3

Description:We are seeking enthusiastic and professional event staff to support a premium hospitality experience at the Canada’s 100 Best Reveal Event in Toronto. Staff will be responsible for preparing and serving specialty alcoholic coffee-based cocktails during the event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve pre-designed alcoholic coffee cocktails to guests
• Maintain a clean and organized service area
• Provide friendly, professional, and engaging service
• Follow all alcohol service guidelines and company protocols
• Attend mandatory online and on-site training prior to the event

Requirements:

• Must be Smart Serve Certified (valid certification required)
• Previous bartending or cocktail service experience is an asset
• Comfortable handling alcohol and working in a fast-paced event setting
• Punctuality and professionalism are essential
• Must be available to arrive on-site at 5:30 PM for setup and final training

Prerequisites:

• Essential Tool: A smartphone for real-time reporting.
• Uniform: All-black outfit (Pants, T-shirt/shirt, shoes)
