The Brand Ambassador Role

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Hullo, dedicated to creating magical moments for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting our fantastic Guest Experience Agents
• Crowd management and way-finding to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey for all travelers
• Line handling & mooring
• Delivering top-notch customer service by answering general questions and spreading smiles
• Assisting with boarding and luggage - Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Aiding in vessel and terminal turnover, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for our guests
• Managing and restocking consumables to keep everyone refreshed and happy
• And if permitted, you might even get to serve delightful food and beverages onshore and aboard our vessels.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be reporting to either the Manager of Terminal Operations or, in certain cases, an experienced Guest Experience Agent. You'll have excellent mentors guiding you on your voyage to success.

This is a fixed term Summer position.
