Position : Brand Activation Manager (BAM)

Reports to : Marketing Strategy & Activations Manager

Location : Nova Scotia

Employment Type : Part-Time (20 hours / month)

Contract : September 2025 - April 2026

Become the local face of one of Canada's leading RTD brands in your community! We’re looking for energetic and outgoing personalities to join the Cottage Springs team as an official Brand Activation Manager (BAM). As a Brand Activation Manager, you represent Cottage Springs in your community by creating content and experiences that make Cottage Springs the beverage of choice in your community.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the creative planning and execution of high-energy, brand-building events that drive awareness and engagement for Cottage Springs.
  • Identify high exposure opportunities for giveaways, product sponsorship including private events, club sponsorships, and on premise collaborations.
  • Regularly curate and share social content to boost brand visibility within your community.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the ABG and BAM team .

Job Requirements and Competencies

  • You are legal drinking age and a university / college student.
  • Actively participate in your University community, and has a strong social network.
  • Passionate about creating engaging events and social media content.
  • Love for Cottage Springs product and brand.
  • You are dedicated, ambitious, and responsible.
