Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc is seeking a Branch Staffing Scheduler to coordinate staffing, onboarding, and administrative support for a Canadian distribution centre. You will manage hiring activities, onboarding workflows in Workday, and serve as a central communication hub for teammates and leadership.

The role also supports branch events and internal communications. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and a basic understanding of HR onboarding

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Administrative certifications are assets.
• Solid understanding of HR and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate distribution centre hiring activities including resume screening and interview scheduling.
• Lead Workday onboarding to ensure payroll and People Services tasks are completed.
• Serve as central contact for centre teammates and liaise with People Services.
• Organize branch events and support operations coordination with meeting notes and task management.
• Maintain effective branch communications and document control across teams.
