Summit Search Group has been retained by a well-established and growing industrial supplier with a strong reputation for customer service and product quality. On our clients behalf, we are seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead their Regina, Saskatchewan location. With a legacy dating back to the 1970s and an entrepreneurial ownership group in place since the late 1990s, this company operates across Western Canada and the Northern United States. Originally focused on maintenance and service, the organization has since evolved into a leading OEM supplier specializing in hydraulic hose assemblies, fittings, and adapters. Its core markets include agriculture, transportation, construction, and mining—sectors that remain integral to the region’s economic strength.
As Branch Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the Regina branch, which was established in 2014 to meet the needs of Saskatchewan-based OEM customers. This role combines operational oversight with hands-on business development and relationship management. You will lead a small but capable team, manage inventory and logistics, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients across the region. You will also play a key role in expanding the company’s market share in emerging sectors such as mining while deepening relationships in traditional industries like agriculture and construction. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with purchasing and production teams at the head office to ensure inventory is aligned with customer needs and market trends.
