Job description

Supports the branch and/or region in achieving business objectives by providing effective operational support and managing sales compliance and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  9. Perform risk assessments and monitor compliance breaches.
  10. Provide recommendations on risk, regulations, and compliance.
  11. Design and implement solutions based on issue analysis.
  12. Assist in developing strategic plans and identify emerging trends.
  13. Support execution of strategic initiatives with stakeholders.
  14. Determine business priorities and sequencing for strategy execution.
  15. Conduct independent analysis to resolve strategic issues.
  16. Manage stakeholder relationships, including regulators.
  17. Coordinate activities for strategic initiatives, tracking metrics and milestones.
  18. Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment.
  19. Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations.
  20. Manage databases in line with data governance standards.
  21. Monitor performance, address issues, and produce reports and dashboards.
  22. Implement Bank initiatives and programs effectively.
  23. Champion continuous improvement and lead change management activities.
  24. Develop communication plans and tailored messaging for change initiatives.
  25. Prepare compliance monitoring, risk assessment documentation, and findings for management.
