Supports the branch and/or region in achieving business objectives by providing effective operational support and managing sales compliance and regulatory requirements.

  • Manages client documentation for correspondence and setup.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
  • Supervises daily operational activities, coordinating work flow among staff.
  • Organizes and files records of office activities and transactions, maintaining a systematic filing system.
  • Creates, maintains, and updates information in databases.
  • Coordinates work orders for equipment warranties, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Maintains office supplies inventory and manages orders.
  • Schedules meetings and arranges facilities and setups.
  • Coordinates office relocations and planning with minimal disruption.
  • Identifies and reports irregularities and discrepancies to management.
  • Performs operational activities to meet business and client needs, ensuring service quality.
  • Provides administrative support including financial processing, reporting, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensures high service standards to maximize relationship retention and growth.
  • Escalates issues and discrepancies as per guidelines, following risk and compliance policies.
  • Protects company assets and adheres to legal and ethical standards.
  • Completes diverse tasks within established rules and limits.
  • Analyzes issues and determines appropriate actions, escalating when necessary.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications :
