Job summary

The Saskatoon Branch Manager will lead a team of financial advisors, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong client service within firm guidelines. You will supervise registrants, approve KYC updates, conduct annual branch visits, and reinforce internal controls while partnering with head office to elevate operations.

You bring at least 2 years in financial services and relevant licensing (CSC, CPH, Branch Managers Course, CIRE, and Supervisor/Retail Securities exams).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Licensing requirements: CSC, CPH, Branch Managers Course, CIRE, Retail Securities Exam and Supervisor Exam.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise registrants (Tier 1) and approve KYC updates and new accounts.
  • Conduct annual branch site visits and prepare reports, addressing deficiencies.
  • Maintain internal controls and implement timely corrective actions.
  • Train advisors and staff on policies and regulatory requirements, identifying training needs.
