Company Overview: DKI-Pro Pacific, with locations in Victoria, Nanaimo, Duncan and Parksville, is a leading restoration company that specializes in commercial and residential disaster restoration services.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager for our Victoria location to lead our team and drive business growth.

Job Description: As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations at our Victoria branch. This role requires a strong leader with a focus on business development, client relationship management, report line management, and operational excellence. You will be the key driver of our branch's success, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of restoration professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
  2. Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding our client base.
  3. Manage branch operations, including project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  4. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch revenue and profit goals.
  6. Monitor and report on branch performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  8. Represent the company at industry events and in the community.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
  2. Knowledge of restoration processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  3. Strong business development skills with a track record of profitable growth.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  7. Robust report line management/development capabilities.
  8. Post secondary education in business, construction management, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 a year plus BONUS.
