We are looking for a Leader, PI Customer Experience to join BrokerLink at our Canmore, AB Branch on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a highly engaged team

  • Address service and sales issues, follow up on escalated client concerns
  • Maintain strong relationships with insurer partners
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring branch budgets

Candidate Requirements:

  • Relevant skills or equivalent experience
  • AIC - General Level 2 or equivalent
  • Leadership and management experience in insurance brokerage
  • Proven track record leading engaged teams across multiple locations
  • Experience in hybrid work environments
  • Customer needs understanding (internal and external)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Team player and collaborator
  • College or university degree or equivalent work experience
  • Project management experience with multiple stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel regionally
