What You Will Do

The Branch Manager has a key role in the Volvo Group, Prevost Division to develop and mobilize the members of their team to meet business goals and ensure repeat business and continued customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership, motivation and direction for the branch staff
• Expand the customer base and branch profitability
• Lead and foster winning teams cross‑functionally, while challenging the status quo
• Implement improvements and efficiencies in the branch
• Develop personal, professional and technical skills for themselves and their team on an ongoing basis
• Resolve conflicts between team members and customers
• Promote teamwork within a demanding environment
• Maintain a business owner mentality with strong financial acumen
• Interpret Profit & Loss statements and develop strategies to exploit market opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, rules and values
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the manager

Qualifications
