Role Purpose

Manage and motivate a team of Financial Advisors to deliver excellent client service and support sales targets.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
  • FAIS Representative Regulatory Exam Level 5 passed
  • 120 credit FAIS recognised qualification

Experience:

  • 3-5 years in the insurance industry
  • At least 2 years managerial experience overseeing financial advice services
  • Class of Business 3 and 7 (preferable)

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Relationship building, networking, communication
  • Computer literacy
  • Knowledge of financial services legislation, products, processes, and Class of Business
  • People management

Other Requirements:

  • Driver’s license and own vehicle
