Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of people-management experience in a financial services environment.
• Minimum 2 years of business development experience with measurable outcomes.
• At least 5 years of overall experience in the financial industry or related field.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of financial products, advice, and service delivery.
• Advanced knowledge of Vancity products, policies, procedures, systems, and tools.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

As a Branch Manager, you will lead branch operations, optimize member experience, and drive business development through exceptional people leadership and strategic execution. You will oversee operational planning, staff development, community engagement, and financial performance, ensuring members receive high-value financial advice and services that support their long- term well- being. This role is ideal for a collaborative, community- driven leader who thrives in dynamic environments and inspires teams to deliver excellence.

Full- time, Permanent role based at our Chilliwack Community Branch (Branch 31) and will report directly to the Senior Regional Director, Inclusive Banking.

What You'll Earn

The salary range for this role is $108,500 to $134,085 per annum. Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
