As a Branch Manager, you will lead branch operations, optimize member experience, and drive business development through exceptional people leadership and strategic execution. You will oversee operational planning, staff development, community engagement, and financial performance, ensuring members receive high‑value financial advice and services that support their long‑term well‑being. This role is ideal for a collaborative, community‑driven leader who thrives in dynamic environments and inspires teams to deliver excellence.
This is a Full‑time, Permanent role based at our Abbotsford Community Branch (Branch 34) and will report directly to the Senior Regional Director, Inclusive Banking.

The salary range for this role is $108,500 to $134,085per annum. Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
