Job summary

DMC Recruitment seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead the Edmonton, AB operation for a well-established Building Materials Distributor. This hands-on role blends sales leadership, operations, customer relationships, and team development to drive performance.

You will manage daily branch operations, coach a high-performing team, optimize inventory, and build strong relationships with contractors and builders while ensuring safety and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in building materials or construction supply.
  • Previous leadership or branch management experience.
  • Strong sales, business development and customer relationship skills.
  • Experience managing branch operations, inventory and financials.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of local market conditions and competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business systems.

What You'll Do

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, ensuring operational efficiency while driving sales growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
