goeasy, a leading consumer lender, is hiring a Branch Manager in Canada. You will lead a team to exceed branch and portfolio goals, drive cross-sales, and ensure top-notch customer experiences across in-person, phone, and email channels.

You’ll recruit and train a small team, manage schedules and payroll, and stay adept with new software while ensuring all lending applications are accurately processed. A collaborative leader focused on results is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a leadership capacity overseeing different functionalities, preferably in a sales environment.
• Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in training and managing a small team.
• Must be computer-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis; sponsorship not available.

A day in the life of a Branch Manager:

What we are looking for:

• Some experience in a leadership capacity overseeing different functionalities, preferably in a sales environment.

We are offering$48,204.00 - $56,547.00 per year CADfor this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
