Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and educational materials for prospective clients.
• Support branch sales and maintenance of respiratory products and inventory.
• Create walk-in appointments and manage the scheduling system.
• Explain funding programs and insurance requirements to clients.
• Maintain client confidentiality and protect company information.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure excellent customer service.
• Adhere to infection control policies and safety practices.
• Support GMP-related tasks for handling medical gases where required.
