RBranch Care Coordinator (Open)

Location : Regina SK - University Park Dr - Respiratory therapy - POX

Responsibilities
  • Provide support in the branch as it pertains to oxygen PAP and related therapeutics and diagnostics.
  • Facilitate the administrative aspects of branch operations while ensuring they meet the needs of internal and external clients through a commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Carry out all responsibilities while promoting Air Liquide Healthcare’s safety and quality practices.
  • Provide friendly and helpful service to customers by giving general information and directing telephone and walk-in inquiries to appropriate staff.
  • Assist with sales and maintenance of respiratory products, services, and inventory for the branch; provide information / literature to prospective clients.
  • Create walk-in appointments for therapeutics and diagnostics, add them to scheduling software, and book follow-up appointments for the branch.
  • Answer questions for clients regarding funding programs and insurance requirements.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and protect company operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Work within a team to achieve optimal customer service; assist healthcare professionals with the completion of necessary administrative functions and documentation.
  • Support co-workers and the work of other departments by adhering to all financial operations processes.
  • Protect clients and employees by adhering to infection control policies and protocols.
  • Contribute to a safe work environment by following safety rules and encouraging others to perform in a safe manner; report unsafe occurrences and practices.
  • Seek to continuously improve branch operations by understanding processes and workflows and participating in quality improvement activities.
  • Assist in managing equipment including warranty maintenance and repair for internal assets as well as customer-owned medical devices and other products.
  • Other duties as required.

  • College Certificate or Diploma or Equivalent
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Google with strong data entry skills
  • Able to work flexible hours and provide service to customers for extended hours
  • 1-2 years of experience in Office Administration or Call Center
  • Bilingualism is an asset but not required
